1 Day as a Tourist in Honduras (extreme travel)

We travel through Honduras, visiting a colonial town, roadside coffee-drying sites, a cacao plantation, a hydroelectric dam, hot springs, and a mountain wildlife sanctuary. We learn about coffee and artisanal chocolate production and speak with locals about life in the countryside, while also witnessing the constant presence of military security. We discuss Honduras's corruption, gang violence, poverty, forced migration, and the discrimination and dangers faced by women.
