#1 Restaurant In Bolivia | 20+ Courses at Gustu

We spent our first full day in La Paz exploring Gustu, a restaurant that also operates as a culinary school focused on Bolivian ingredients and training aspiring chefs. We toured the school, sampled street food and coffee from local businesses connected to its programs, and learned how Gustu supports vendors and former students. We finished with an extensive tasting menu featuring creative dishes made from Bolivian ingredients, including Amazonian catfish, alligator ceviche, llama tartare, and other inventive courses.
