$10 Challenge in Venezuela (Crazy Inflation)

We explore Caracas and learn about Venezuela’s economic crisis and hyperinflation while seeing what $10 can buy. We ride moto taxis, try a cocada, buy bananas and other local fruit, and travel to Morrocoy and Chichiriviche. There, we drink coffee, eat large empanadas, rent a boat to visit the islands, swim in the Caribbean, and finish by spending $9.84 on our purchases.
