5 Days in Madagascar | World's Poorest Island

We explored Madagascar, the world's poorest island, delving into its culture and challenges with our local friend Parfait. We visited bustling markets in Antananarivo, observed daily life amidst poverty, and learned about issues like electricity outages and limited running water. Later, we flew north to Nosy Be, where we encountered lemurs in their natural habitat and experienced the island's tourist-focused yet still authentic local atmosphere.
