A City in Japan Where All Their Food Is Gold

We left Tokyo by train, bought a JR Pass, and traveled to Nagano to visit the snow monkeys at their hot springs. We then continued to Kanazawa, a city famous for producing most of Japan’s gold leaf, and tried gold-covered ice cream and takoyaki. We also attended a peaceful tea ceremony and drank matcha tea with gold leaf.
