A Delicious Food Tour of Oaxaca (Mexico's Food Capital)

We explored Oaxaca’s food scene with Omar, trying seven varieties of mole, a distinctive sausage tostada, and the refreshing cacao-and-corn drink tejate. We also sampled flying ants, grasshoppers, mountain herbs, and other creative dishes at a local restaurant. We finished with mezcal and colorful ice desserts near La Soledad Church.
