We spend our first morning in Cyprus at the Acapulco Hotel, relaxing on the beach and enjoying its water park. We explore the large buffet for dinner, sampling Turkish-influenced dishes, sushi, seafood, hummus, and desserts. After a full day at the resort, we head out to check out the waterfront and look forward to seeing more of Cyprus.
