Asian Street Food In Vancouver? Richmond Night Market Diy Food Tour

We drove our van to Vancouver’s Richmond Night Market and explored its many food stalls with our friend Jerome. We tried fries, a macaroni-and-cheese sandwich, stinky tofu, Korean-style pork belly, rainbow dumplings, a giant shrimp cracker, mochi, and shaved ice. We enjoyed most of the food, although the stinky tofu was especially difficult to eat, before returning to our campsite for the night.
