At Last, I Arrived in the New Syria – Damascus | The Oldest Capital in the World

We enter Syria from Lebanon and travel toward Damascus, exploring the capital and its historic landmarks, including the Umayyad Mosque, Hamidiyah Souq, and Mount Qasioun. We visit former presidential palaces, garages, residences, and underground tunnels in Damascus, Aleppo, and Latakia, including the coastal palaces overlooking the Mediterranean. We also visit Damascus International Airport and join Syrians celebrating freedom and hoping to rebuild their country and welcome back those living abroad.
