At The Ukrainian Border

We traveled to the Poland–Ukraine border to witness the growing refugee crisis and find ways to help displaced families. We met refugees and local volunteers, coordinated supplies and transportation, raised funds, bought essentials, arranged generators and meals, and supported refugee centers. We also heard Maria Pratsenko’s story of evacuating Pripyat after the Chernobyl disaster and her plea for peace in Ukraine.
