Auschwitz Concentration Camp

We traveled from Krakow to Auschwitz early in the morning and spent about six hours visiting Auschwitz I and Auschwitz-Birkenau. We explored the museums, barracks, ruins, gas chamber remains, and railroad tracks while learning about the people who were murdered there. We reflected on the somber experience and the importance of seeing this historic site in person.
