We backpack through Panama, Colombia and Venezuela, sailing around the San Blas Islands and trekking through the jungle to the Lost City. We experience difficult journeys, food poisoning, injuries and mishaps while exploring Angel Falls, caves and other remote locations. We also visit the mountain that inspired Paradise Falls and prepare for more adventures in Venezuela.
