Banned in Venezuela for Filming in Public

We took a bus into the mountains outside Caracas, explored an upscale neighborhood, and visited the entrance to El Ávila National Park, where officials stopped us from entering with our cameras. We visited a supermarket, skate park, and pharmacy, seeing both the high prices and shortages affecting people in Venezuela. We also fed colorful macaws at a friend’s home and prepared to travel along the coast to see more of the country outside Caracas.
