Best Friends And Giant Empanadas! Quito, Ecuador

We met our friends Jordan and Julian in Quito and spent the day exploring the city together. We had a local breakfast, joined a walking tour through the historic center, learned about Quito’s churches, plazas, presidents, and its location on the equator, and tried chicken feet soup. Later, we rode the Teleférico up the mountain, where the clouds briefly cleared to reveal the city before we warmed up with tea and ate a giant empanada.
