Chilean Cooking Class | Ceviche, Pisco Sour, Sopapillas!

We visited Santiago’s Central Market and Vega Central with a local guide to learn about the markets, ingredients, and Chilean food traditions. We then took a cooking class where we prepared ceviche, Chilean dishes, drinks, chicken with vegetables and rice, and dessert. We enjoyed sharing the meal with our instructor and the rest of the group.
