Coolest Guy in Congo (refugee turned entrepreneur)

We met Obed, a Congolese refugee who fled to Uganda and spent 11 years in a Rwandan refugee camp before returning to study in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We learned how he became a multilingual guide, founded his own tour company, and now organizes trips across the DRC, Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya. We also visited a school in Goma where he supports displaced and vulnerable children, and heard about his work as an activist and conservationist.
