Day 5 | Everest Base Camp Trek

We hiked from Pangboche to Ama Dablam Base Camp at 4,600 meters as an acclimatization day, taking a quieter route with beautiful mountain views. We reached the base camp, relaxed among the expedition tents, and then hiked back to the tea house in a little over five hours. Back there, we ate pizza, explored the typical tea house menu, drank tea, and noticed our first signs of altitude, including a nosebleed and some snow.
