Day 8 | Everest Base Camp Trek | We Made It!

We trekked from Lobuche to Gorak Shep and then continued to Everest Base Camp, taking in views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers along the way. After lunch, we reached base camp as the weather changed from warm sunshine to heavy snow and even saw a small avalanche. We celebrated with a frozen Snickers and then hiked back through the snow to the tea house.
