Dislocating my shoulder cliff diving at Cinque Terre, Italy

We start the day cliff diving in Riomaggiore, where we dislocate our shoulder after jumping into the water. The medics arrive and secure us to a stretcher in a neck brace before taking us away in an ambulance, creating an unexpectedly over-the-top and hilarious situation. At the hospital, a doctor puts the shoulder back in place, and we joke about the ordeal while trying to have breakfast.
