Driving Our Van To Mexico (we made a mistake)

We drove our van from California into Mexico, initially missing the required tourist cards and having to return to the U.S. before crossing the border properly. We ate incredible tacos in Tijuana, explored Mexico’s wine region, and spent our first night at a vineyard. We then shopped for local food, surfed for the first time, and camped on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean while enjoying homemade guacamole, margaritas, and the sunset.
