Eating Bugs in Siem Reap, Cambodia (Warning: Graphic)

We explored Pub Street in Siem Reap, Cambodia, where the nightlife, bars, music, markets, and street food attract large crowds after visits to the Angkor temples. We tried fried tarantula, crickets, and scorpion with a local friend, comparing their flavors and reactions. We also invited other people to taste the insects and discovered that the scorpion was our favorite of the three.
