Eating Jamaica's Insane Street Food

We traveled around Jamaica with Matt to sample four iconic dishes, beginning with ackee and saltfish in Treasure Beach and continuing with jerk chicken, jerk pork, and fried red snapper with cassava. We explored the flavors and preparation of each dish, including Scotch bonnet pepper, pimento, and traditional cooking methods. We ended the journey by rafting to an award-winning chef's kitchen, where we enjoyed jerk chicken, jerk pork, and curry goat, which we considered the highlight of the trip.
