Eating Xoi Xeo at Xoi Yen | Hanoi Vietnam

We tried to visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum in Hanoi, but arrived just after it closed and decided to return another day. We got a haircut, explored the busy streets, and picked up Xoi Xeo, a sticky rice dish topped with fat and other ingredients. We also navigated Hanoi’s chaotic traffic while walking around the city.
