Egypt & Jordan | Ep1: Solo Backpacking Egypt

We begin a month-long solo backpacking trip through Egypt and Jordan, travelling independently with only our flight and first hostel booked in advance. In Cairo, we visit the Egyptian Museum, explore the pyramids at Dashur, Saqqara and Giza, ride camels, sample koshary and learn about ancient Egyptian history. We also explore Islamic Cairo, visit mosques and the Khan el-Khalili market, and spend our evenings meeting other travellers at the hostel.
