Entering Chile's Colorful City (Valparaíso, Chile)

We explore Valparaíso, a colorful UNESCO city on the Pacific coast, walking through its steep hills, vibrant buildings, street art, and historic landmarks. We ride the city's inexpensive elevators, try fresh seafood, and meet a 97-year-old artist and poet. We also learn about the nearby wineries in Casablanca, which we plan to visit next.
