We explored Bilangbilangan, the world's narrowest island, met its welcoming residents, and learned about their simple life, fishing traditions, limited services, and challenges with typhoons and pollution. We visited homes, shops, a church, beaches, and a basketball court before joining Reggie for nighttime spear fishing. After developing a severe rash and swelling that may have been caused by jellyfish, we received help from a local family and recovered in their home.
