Escape from Mexico to America - In the World's Most Dangerous Cities

We explored the border between Tijuana and San Diego, learning about migration, refugees, the American Dream, and the challenges people face trying to cross. We crossed into San Diego and returned to Tijuana, where we sampled breakfast tacos, shrimp and seafood tacos, chilaquiles, quesadillas, and the original Caesar salad. We also learned about Tijuana’s multicultural food scene and the history of the Caesar salad, which was invented there in 1924.
