Escaping From Venezuela To Colombia

We leave Caracas at 3 a.m. by taxi, travel to the airport, go through lengthy immigration, and fly to Colombia. After arriving in Bogotá, we meet a friend and notice how much more developed, clean, and prosperous Colombia feels compared with Venezuela. We reflect on Venezuela’s crisis, the many people who have left, and the country’s natural beauty and difficult conditions.
