European Reacts to Her First American Rodeo

We attended our first real rodeo in Paulson, Montana, where we watched children ride sheep, horses, and bulls before seeing the adult competitors take part. We spoke with cowboys, cowgirls, competitors, and rodeo staff about their experiences and what brings them to the event. We were amazed by the courage, skill, and bond between the riders and animals, while also reflecting on our mixed feelings about the animals' perspective.
