European Tries to Become a Cowgirl (with Zero Experience)

We traveled through Utah and Montana to learn what it takes to become a cowgirl, beginning with horseback riding, horse care, herding, and roping lessons from an experienced teacher. We then joined the Little Belt Cattle Company for a real cattle drive, helping move groups of cattle between pastures across a vast Montana ranch. Along the way, we learned that being a working cowgirl is less about the clothes or rodeo skills and more about lifelong commitment, hard work, teamwork, and caring for livestock.
