Everest Base Camp Day 7 - Tragedy in the Mountains

We trek through stunning alpine landscapes toward Everest Base Camp, gaining about 600 meters over roughly six hours and stopping for lunch beside a beautiful river. We visit memorials dedicated to climbers who died on Everest and in other mountain tragedies, including Scott Fischer and climbers killed in Pakistan. After reaching our accommodation, we prepare to continue toward Base Camp the following day.
