Expectation vs. Reality | Not What You See on Instagram Thai Lantern Festival (Part 2)

We joined the Yee Peng lantern festival in Chiang Mai and experienced the chaotic crowds, beautiful atmosphere, and dangerously falling lanterns. We struggled to release our own lantern, eventually sending it into the sky after several attempts. We also learned about the Thai Loy Krathong tradition and released a decorated float carrying wishes for good luck and fortune.
