First 72 Hours of the Mongol Rally! (Ep. 1)

We began the Mongol Rally in Prague with our nine-person team and Big Bertha, a retired school bus, then joined the start-line party at a former Soviet missile base. Over the first 72 hours, we drove through several countries, camped for the first time, visited an ossuary filled with bones from the Black Plague, and explored Budapest. Along the way, we modified the bus, installed power and storage systems, and tried to keep our underprepared team and vehicle moving.
