Food Capital Of South America | Lima Food Tour!

We explored Lima with Erica from Delectable Peru, visiting a local market, sampling Peruvian fruits, and taking in views of the Pacific Ocean and the city. We helped prepare ceviche and enjoyed scallops, plantain and yucca chips, and several traditional dishes including cow stomach, blood sausage, seco de asado, and lomo saltado. We ended the private food tour with drinks made from pisco and cactus fruit, feeling that it exceeded our expectations.
