Guests Of Honor in a Peruvian Village!

We visited Lake Puray before traveling to Umas Bamba, where we were welcomed as guests of honor with singing, dancing, flowers, traditional clothing, and music. We learned about local weaving, natural dyes, spinning wool, and the process of dehydrating potatoes, then visited the village school and bought handmade souvenirs. We said goodbye to the community and stopped to admire the golden fields and snow-capped mountains at sunset.
