Hiroshima - Site of the Nuclear Explosion in Japan Hiroshima

We traveled south by bullet train to Hiroshima and visited the site where the atomic bomb was dropped in 1945. We explored Miyajima, saw its deer, and visited the famous orange torii gate standing in the sea at a Shinto shrine. We then headed north toward Kyoto and visited a school, where we reunited with the children and met new students.
