How People Live in the Mountains of Ukraine

We rode horseback through the remote Carpathian Mountains to reach a dairy farm, where we met our hosts and helped milk the cows. We explored the farm, tasted fresh unpasteurized milk and homemade products, and stayed overnight in a simple wooden room. Over a large traditional meal, we talked with Pani Olia and Pan Ivan about their work, their values, and the people who visit them from around the world.
