How People Live Near the Arctic Circle (-52°C / -62°F)

We drove north through Sweden, camped near the Arctic Circle, and crossed a frozen sea on an ice road. We spent a day with Pia and Henry at Huuva Hideaway, where we fed reindeer, learned about Sami traditions and reindeer herding, prepared traditional flatbread, and experienced a sauna. We also heard stories about life in temperatures as low as -52°C and discovered how cozy everyday life can be in the Arctic.
