I Entered the Most Beautiful Country in Africa - I Was Shocked

We explored Algiers, visiting the Martyr’s Memorial, the Garden of Experimentation, the Great Mosque of Algiers, and the historic Casbah. We learned about Algeria’s struggle against French colonialism and visited Chréa in the Atlas Mountains, the ancient ruins of Tipaza, and the Royal Mausoleum of Mauretania. We also sampled Algerian specialties including liver, beans, square pizza, bourek, traditional sweets, tea, and qalb el louz.
