We travel through the Peruvian Amazon to reach the Boiling River, where the water reaches about 95 degrees Celsius and is too hot to touch. We explore the river, see how an egg cooks in its water, and learn that its heat is not caused by an underground volcano. We then plan to follow the river toward Iquitos and try to cross into Brazil, Colombia, and the Amazon rainforest.
