I Entered the Most Dangerous Prison in the World!! (El Salvador's Gang Prison) Cecot

We visit CECOT prison in El Salvador and explore its strict security system, surveillance technology, facilities, and heavily guarded gang blocks. We see the prisoners’ living conditions, limited exercise, medical care, remote legal consultations, tattoos used for gang identification, and solitary-confinement cells. We also speak with several inmates about their gang affiliations and crimes while discussing how the prison forms part of Nayib Bukele’s crackdown on gangs.
