I Found A Tunnel Where 100 Families Live (Philippines)

We explored a tunnel community beneath one of Manila’s busiest freeways, where hundreds of people live in cramped, dark spaces with limited sanitation, shared toilets, dangerous wiring and frequent flooding. We met families, learned about their daily lives and resilience, and saw how they cope with heat, poverty and the threat of evacuation. We also visited a market with Precious to buy rice, fruit and supplies for her family before returning to the tunnel.
