I Found Mexico's Most Underrated City (Guadalajara)

We explore Guadalajara with a local friend, visiting Lake Chapala, meeting local people, and enjoying a mariachi performance by the water. We try a traditional Guadalajara torta ahogada and then explore the city’s historic center, including its main plazas and beautiful churches. We finish the day impressed by Guadalajara and discuss its surrounding blue agave fields and the region’s connection to tequila.
