I Got Lost in Rural China (No English & Off The Grid)

We travel deep into Inner Mongolia, visiting a remote Mongolian village, meeting local families, sharing a traditional meal, and learning about the region’s disappearing language and nomadic culture. We explore grasslands and yurts, ride a horse, and speak with residents about modernization and preserving their heritage. We then attend the Nadam festival, where we watch horse racing, try traditional food, and see Mongolian wrestling, including an American competitor.
