We spent 48 hours voluntarily locked in a small Korean prison cell with no phones, technology, clocks, or distractions, taking part in meditation, bows, journaling, reflection, and periods of silence. We explored how the experience was created to help overworked people disconnect and recover from burnout, while confronting our dependence on technology and reflecting on our relationships, purpose, and mental health. After leaving, we felt a renewed sense of freedom, presence, gratitude, and clarity.
