We take on the six-stage Gobi March in Mongolia, covering 155 miles through mountains, sand dunes, rivers, and extreme heat while carrying food and gear for the week. We struggle with the heavy pack, exhaustion, steep climbs, sand, and temperatures reaching 43 degrees Celsius, but manage to remain in third place among the women. After surviving the 80-kilometer long stage and a rest day, we tackle river crossings during the final long stage and feel confident that we have secured third place.
