I Spent a Day with Giants (World's Strongest Men)

We traveled to Scotland to spend a day with Tom and Luke Stoltman, meeting them at a strongman competition before joining them at home. We experienced their demanding routine, including an ice-cold swim, enormous meals, intense training, throwing events, and lifting stones. We also learned about Tom’s autism and the brothers’ journey, then competed with them in a series of playful challenges.
