I Stayed with a Nomadic Family in the Sahara (Mauritania)

We leave Chinguetti with Abdou and travel across the Sahara to stay with Soliman and his family for 24 hours. We learn about their tents, storage huts, outdoor kitchen, goats, water wells and traditional ways of making bread, tea, cheese and butter. We share meals with the family and their neighbors before spending the night in a desert hut and reflecting on nomadic life.
