I Took an Extreme Russian Bath and I Lost My Mind

We visit a traditional banya in Novosibirsk, Siberia, where we enter a 70-degree Celsius sauna and are beaten with leafy birch branches and a wooden stick. We then endure ice-cold water and another intense treatment, experiencing the shock of going from extreme heat to extreme cold. Afterward, we relax while wrapped in a towel and reflect on the value of stepping outside our comfort zone.
