I Tried Maqluba for the First Time with My Grandmother

We explored downtown Amman, met up with Sofi and Yasmeen, tried knafeh, and visited the Amman Citadel, where we saw the remains of a statue of Hercules and views across the city. We also explained how the Jordan Pass works for visiting places such as Petra. Later, we invited Sofi to share a huge maqluba with us and filmed the dish being flipped.
